Well this is what I do on a winters day...Longwood.
Arch of orchids
I seriously couldn't grow these myself
oh and yes citrus...
This witch hazel was lovely
So now for the travelling bit we did.
As some of you may know we are moving this year, hopefully to Canada. We went up in February to have a look see and this is what we saw
This is Guelph and some fabulous graffitti
There post office in Guelph
Bit of a groovy shop
Bricks and windows
I was rather taken with the post office door
And of course the reflection
They did have old properties in Guelph
And lots of church buildings
This is quite the building, on the left
But we decided that Guelph isn't for us and off we went to Waterloo
They had a great cake shop
They also have old buildings and these have been lovingly preserved
This is their main street, well a bit of it
Nice feature that caught my eye
I just loved this
I also loved the building in the back ground, it is a think tank. I love it!!! It certainly made me think
Travelling back to Toronto
Isaac took this from the air. I think it is spectacular
There are signs that spring might come
This is obviously indoors
We have been having quite a bit of this
Then another storm came through
Actually it was a ....
Blizzard
It just didn't let up
More and more
But when the sun came out and the sky was blue, these twigs looked like they had white flowers.
I have been rather quiet on the photo front, as we digest this latest move and all that entails, that would be packing a house and trying to find somewhere to land in the space of four months ...and now three. So there is much to do and I will try and blog the next trip and anything else that take my eye
